Dale Rice

Dale is the Vice President of Procurement with more than 25
years of global experience across EPC, energy, industrial, and infrastructure
projects.

Throughout his career, Dale has led global procurement organizations and
developed and executed procurement strategies for complex, large-scale
capital projects. His experience includes supplier strategy and selection,
commercial negotiations, contract management, cost optimization, supplier
performance, and the development of strategic supplier relationships. He
has managed significant procurement organizations and supported projects
across the energy, chemical, power, and industrial sectors.

Dale brings extensive experience managing the full procurement lifecycle,
from sourcing strategy and competitive bidding through contract award,
supplier execution, expediting, and project closeout. He will lead
procurement strategy and execution across AVAIO Digital’s data center
development activities, with a focus on cost certainty, schedule assurance,
long-lead equipment, and building a scalable supply chain to support our
continued growth.

Education: Dale holds a B.S. in Industrial Distribution from the University of
Houston and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
