Eduardo Phillips

Eduardo Phillips is a Senior Project Controls Manager at AVAIO with a background
in project controls and delivery of complex capital programs across hyperscale data centers and life sciences.

Before joining AVAIO, Eduardo led owner-side schedule governance at Vantage Data Centers across more than $3.4 billion in active development and $2 billion in planning. His work focused on integrated planning, contractor schedule assurance, risk analysis, forecasting, and executive reporting across a multi-campus data center portfolio.

Previously, at Linesight, Eduardo supported multiple capital programs across Gilead’s Foster City headquarters, including its new research center, and led project controls for Ultragenyx’s first manufacturing facility. Across these assignments, he developed integrated schedules and reporting, coordinated commissioning and operational readiness, and implemented risk and forecasting processes to improve visibility into project delivery.

At AVAIO, Eduardo leads the development of project controls processes and systems supporting schedule, risk, cost integration, forecasting, analytics, and portfolio-level decision-making.

Education: Eduardo graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a minor in Project Management.
