Nate Ardente

Nate has over 12 years of experience investing in, developing, and
capitalizing institutional real estate across a range of asset classes and strategies.

Prior to joining AVAIO, Nate was a Vice President at Genesis M, a Bain
Capital-backed platform company where he focused on investments for the firm’s
life sciences real estate platform. His responsibilities included sourcing and
evaluating new investments, financial analysis, and capital markets initiatives.

Prior to Genesis M, Nate was a Senior Real Estate Officer at MIT Investment
Management Company, where he was responsible for evaluating, executing, and
managing real estate investments on behalf of MIT’s endowment. Earlier in his
career, Nate worked at Redgate, a real estate investment and development firm,
where he focused on acquisitions, development, and asset management; and JLL,
where he was a research analyst.

At AVAIO, Nate focuses on investment and capital markets activities. His
responsibilities include project and platform capitalization, new business initiatives,
financial analysis and underwriting, and supporting the execution of AVAIO’s data
center pipeline.

Education: Nate holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Art History from
Denison University and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Tulane University.
