Pedro is a Project Manager at AVAIO with over 36 years of experience in development, project and construction management across multiple sectors including senior commercial risk and corporate governance positions. Pedro focuses on de-risking project delivery, with global experience and particular expertise in Continental Europe.
Prior to joining AVAIO, Pedro was a Commercial & Risk Director for construction operations across EMEA for AECOM, a global leader in engineering and construction. Prior to AECOM, Pedro worked for Lendlease Corp for almost 20 years, where he was most recently an Operations Director overseeing the BBVA Bancomer 40MW tier IV datacenter. He also held roles across the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas in functions ranging from operations director to head of internal audit.
At AVAIO, Pedro is responsible for coordinating the project development and construction efforts across the AVAIO Digital platform. Pedro works closely with the project team to manage risks across all aspects of the investment lifecycle.
Education: Pedro graduated with Honors from the University of Westminster with a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying.
