Teresa Tsung is a senior project controls executive recognized for leading large-scale transformation across complex capital project environments. With more than 20 years of experience spanning data centers, power delivery, utilities, renewables, pipeline, and oil and gas, she has built and led high-performing teams, strengthened governance, and implemented enterprise project controls capabilities that improve predictability, accountability, and business performance. Working most recently at Vantage Data Centers as Vice President of Project Controls, she partnered with executive leaders across construction delivery and corporate functions throughout North America and EMEA to drive disciplined execution, enhance forecasting and risk visibility, and support consistent, data-driven outcomes at scale, resulting in $40B+ of data center development.
