The Madrid Data Hub is a hyperscale Build-To-Suit and wholesale colocation Data Center serving the Capital Region of Spain. The Algete Data Center will support Cloud Service Providers, Enterprise and Government workloads and will provide 64MW of power of critical IT power.
Located in the village of Algete, the Madrid Data Hub campus is powered by a mix of clean and low-carbon power from Iberdrola, the Madrid Data Hub offers a low cost, green and sustainable alternative to the market. Situated in a burgeoning data center zone of the Madrid metro area, the Capital Region and 3rd largest city in Europe, has a robust fiber network running through the area and remains underserved in terms of existing and planned data center capacity. The strong development team of AVAIO Digital and its local engineering and construction team ensures a well-planned and well executed project delivery.
